Frederick Robert Stout, Sr.

Frederick Robert Stout Sr “Papa Fred” 84, of Bumpass, VA passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 31, 2018, at Henrico Doctors Hospital.

Born October 22, 1933, in Trenton NJ, he was the oldest of 10 children born to the late Clarence B. Stout and Alice Mitchell Stout. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by three sisters Jackie, Janet and June and two brothers, Arthur and Tommy Stout.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Rose M James, and children Thomas Wilson and his wife Jennifer, granddaughters Mackenzie and Maddie; Michael Wilson and his wife Natalie, grandchildren Luke, Lydia Landon, and Levi; Amanda Wilson-Pitts and Frank Dyer III, grandchildren MaKayla and Hunter.
His sons, Frederick Robert Stout, Jr. of Portsmouth, VA, wife, Shay; granddaughter Skye; Evan Stout of Ladysmith, VA his wife Robin, grandchildren Robert and Scarlett, and great-granddaughter Ava; Thomas Stout of Germany and his wife Cornelia, grandchildren Megan, Nico, Felicity, and Addison. His daughters Debbie Strang and her husband Jeff, grandchildren Jeffrey and Chris, and great-grandchildren Hailey, Abby, Jonah, and Samuel; Lori Westerlund and her husband Brian, granddaughters Niki and Tiffany, great-grandsons AJ and Nicolas.
His sisters Shirley Stout of Brown’s Mills, NJ, Evelyn Battista of Yardley, PA and Brothers Barry Stout of Ewing NJ and Ronnie Stout of Morrisville, PA
His dedicated caregiver Brooke Kitchen (or Brookes as he liked to call her), other family and friends.
A memorial service was held at Bethany Christian Church in Bumpass, VA at 2:00 on Sunday February 4, 2018.
