Jaunoka “Nokie” Lumpkin, 82, of Columbia passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013. Survivors include her children, Rex Neal (Pat); Paul Neal (Teresa), David Neal (Carol), Joyce Proulex and Jan Neal; brother Ernest Eller (Carol); sister Bertha Lee Whitaker; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and all of her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Lumpkin and daughter, Carolyn Atkins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 24 at Lacy Funeral Home, 6241 Cross Country Rd. Mineral, Va. 23117. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 25 at Spring Grove Cemetery.
