Jimmy Lloyd, 65, of Gum Spring, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. He would want everyone to know that Lloyd is spelt with two “Ls”. He was preceded in death by his wife, Julia Lloyd; and father, James F. Lloyd.
Family left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Jamie Sprouse (Mike); son, Morgan Lloyd; grandchildren, Ella and Bo; mother, Joan Gammon Lloyd; sister, Janet Hawk (David); and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3 until 5pm on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Lacy Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at 1pm on Monday, March 3, 2025 at Oakland Baptist Church Cemetery in Gum Spring.

Morgan and Jamie I am sorry to hear about your Dads passing. I know he is united with your Mom and he is making her laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
What a great guy, he will be missed. Always ready to laugh and it’s people like that who make the world go around.
