John T. Nash

May 6, 1943 – December 20, 2020

John T. Nash, 77 of Mineral, VA Passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville.

John was born May 6, 1943 to the late Chap and Lizzie Nash, he attended Appomattox High School, and retired from Valentine Construction Company (which was like a second family to him) as an equipment operator and truck driver. Johnny enjoyed watching the races, riding his motorcycle across country, camping, and anything to do with trucks, and loved his little Pomeranian Butterbean she was his little girl.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Lynne MacQueen Nash; two stepchildren, Janet Purgason, and Stephen Clough; sister Joyce Nash Duree; and one brother Clyde Nash of Appomattox; close friends Sam Ball of Louisa, Melvin and Karen Knight of Tappahannock, VA. whom they went camping with.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no service.
