I just learned of Lynwood’s passing. Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. Lynwood was my supervisor at VDOT for many years, but I also considered him a friend as well. May God keep his Angels of Mercy around you all and give you peace and comfort as you navigate life without him.
