Roy McKinley Ramey, 92, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, Roy was born on October 21, 1928 in Wise County, VA.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Emma Jean Ramey; and one son, Alan McKinley Ramey.
He is survived by his devoted children Edward, Sandra, David, Sheila, Charlotte, Douglas, Ricky, Veronica; and many grandchildren; great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lacy Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 4, at Hillcrest Cemetery, with Rev. Tim Wilson officiating.
We will be following CDC COVID-19 guidelines, and state mandates on face covering, social distancing, and occupancy.

Mr Ramey. I known u all my life. Your a sweet kind loving man. You were always teasing me and making me laugh . Just knowing ur gone from just up the way from me makes me sad. I will miss u playing lottery teasing me and being who u were just u . I know I didn’t get to see much I always loved u as my friend forever. So sorry for the loss of yalls dad, Mr.Ramey was a very nice man,never heard him raise his voice. He loved his children that for sure.My prayers are with all for healing.
