Shelly Ann Chesley, 44 of Mineral, Virginia passed away at her residence on Sunday, May 29, 2016. Shelly was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be forever loved and missed.She is preceded in death by her brother, William “Willy” Joseph Jones and is survived by her husband; Arthur Paul Chesley, Jr., her daughter, Jessie Chesley; her son, Cory Chesley; her mother, Billie Jones; her father, Dennis Pell; her sisters, Kimberly Harris and Laura Kelly.The family will receive friends from 6 until 8pm on Thursday, June 2nd at Lacy Funeral Home, Rt. 522 Mineral, VA. A graveside service will be officiated by Rev. Hubert Hart at 11am on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Spring Grove Cemetery, Mineral, Virginia.“Everything will be okay in the end.If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.” – John Lennon
i was so shocked and sad to hear of shellys passing. she was a wonderful supervisor to me at patient first. always so kind, thoughtful, patient and respectful. she will be missed greatly by me. i am so sorry for your loss. i will hold you all close in thought and prayer as you grieve this tremendous loss of your loved one.
