William Henry Noel

William Henry Noel, 66, of Louisa, Virginia, succumbed to his long battle with lung disease in Richmond, Virginia on Thursday, April 4, 2024. He was surrounded by loved ones.
William was preceded in death by his mother and father, Henry and Kathleen Noel. He is survived by his three siblings; David, Ann, and Lindsay; his wife, Lorraine; two children, Michael and Rachael, along with their spouses, Laura and Jared; and his six grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Hopeful Baptist Church, 14340 Hopeful Church Rd, Montpelier, VA 23192. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2024 at Hopeful Baptist Church with the Rev. James H. Carey Jr. and Mr. Dan Byers officiating. Interment to follow in Hopeful Baptist Church Cemetery.
