Ernest Arthur Virts was born December 3, 1941 in The District of Columbia. Ernest was a widower of Ellen Virts. Ernest passed away at the University of Virginia Hospital on March 31, 2018. Ernest was known to have been a friendly loving person and lived life according to his standards. Ernest is survived by his children, Raymond Virts, Ernest Virts, Edna Doroteo, and Edward Virts, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral service officiated by Rev. Eric Rorrer; will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Glenora Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Spring Grove Cemetery.

Veey sorry for your loss. May the peace of God that excells all thought gaurd your minds and hearts through Jesus. Even Jesus gave way to tears at John 11:35. Then he demonstrated authority over death in front of upwards of 500 eyewitnesses. God has lost much due to the effects of sin. He longs for the works of his hands, Job 14:14,15. He has a very good memory! Revelation 21:4, he will wipe the tears from our eyes.
