Carrie Henshaw Kemp,88 went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2015.Mrs. Kemp was the widow of Nathan Kemp. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church.She is survived by her children; Alvin Kemp (Peggy), Ruth Compton (Rick) and Lonnie Kemp (Brenda) her grandchildren; A. J., Travis and Kelsey Kemp, Patrick and Johnathan Compton, and Jessie Brumbaugh.The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 at Lacy Funeral Home.A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 at Bethany Christian Church. She will be laid to rest in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Sorry to hear about Carrie but she will be remembered for her sweet ways and she always thought of others. Mon still talks about her and we all send our love at this difficult time.
