Weldon Eugene “Sparkey” Bagby, 75, of Mineral passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at his residence.Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Bagby; daughter Darlene Robinson and husband Jimmy; brother Herbert Bagby and wife Cindy; three step-sons; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and two step great-granddaughters.The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17 at Lacy Funeral Home, 6241 Cross County Rd, Mineral Va.A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18 in Christian-Ramkey Family Cemetery in Louisa.
Herbie & Cindy, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have not lost a sibling and cannot begin to know how painful it must be. May God hold you and the entire family close in His loving care. I pray for peace and comfort during the days ahead. I hope the memories you have of special times shared with your brother will warm your heart and bring a smile to your face.

Grandad Sparkplug – Thank you for all that you have done for me! Spending time with you, going to sports card shows, picking me up from school and our many adventures! 🙂 I will never forget how much you did for me!
