James William Luck
October 17, 1949- April 30, 2021
James William Luck, “Bill” passed away on April 30, 2021, with his family at his side.
He is survived y his former wife, Betty and their three children: Jennifer, Jeremiah, and Joshua (Lauren) Luck; and
four grandchildren, Kayla Smith , Chase, Hunter, and Mason Luck.
He is also survived by his sister, Dottie (Festus) Waugh; brothers, Roy, Charles (Sue) Luck, and Stuart Hall Jr.; and nieces and nephews.
Bill was born and raised in Bumpass, working as a heavy equipment mechanic for many years. He always enjoyed having a garden, working on John Deer tractors and listening to bluegrass music with “Rocky”, his little black poodle. He will be greatly missed.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Spring Grove Cemetery in Mineral.

Uncle Bill was loved by many and will missed by many as well…every time you seen him he had a good joke to make you laugh and he always would brighten your day!! He may be ina better place but will never be forgotten..love you Uncle Bill ❤ 💙
I worked with Bill for a few years and he was most definitely one of a kind.
We had many laughs together.
Bill will most definitely be missed by many.
