Anna R. Bowles, widow of Robert L. Bowles, passed away August 10, 2010. She was 88 and lived in Bumpass, VA. She retired from Liggett Meyers Tobacco Factory.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Barbara B. NunnallyBubba of Bumpass, two grandchildren, Shannon Dye Curtis and Michael Nunnally Jennifer of Bumpass, six great-grandchildren, Stefan, Deveney, Kaiden, Jenna, Rachel, and Erika, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Lacy Funeral Home, Rt. 522, Mineral, VA where the funeral services, conducted by Dr. Bruce Cole, will be held at 2p.m. Friday, August 13, 2010. Interment will follow at the Bowles Family Cemetery in Bumpass.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Relay for Life Team c/o 16968 Jefferson Hwy., Bumpass, VA 23024.
