Our deepest sympathies to Wayne, Minnie, Russ and all of Dawn’s family. We will miss Dawn’s smile and her outgoing personality. She was always there to help out anyone when they needed anything. I know that heaven has a very special place for her and would guess that she is playing with some of her kitties that have already gone before her. She was indeed one of a kind.
I was blessed to meet and get to know Dawn when I was a member of the Louisa County Industrial Development Authority and Dawn was the Louisa airport manager. Dawn was truly a special person. She had the gift to make others feel good about themselves. Although I haven’t seen Dawn for a number of years, I always have fond memories of her. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear about Dawn’s illness and passing. She and I went all the way through school together and periodically ran into each other into adulthood. She was a big, bright personality – always ready to cheer you on with her infectious smile. Thinking of you Ms. Irwin and the rest of Dawn’s family and lifting all in prayers for peace and comfort.
Minnie,
Please accept my condolence.
