Mary O’Connell Clough, 60, of Mineral, VA died Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
She was born January 17, 1951 in Richmond, Virginia to the late Warren Donald O’Connell and Rebecca Adelaide Hyler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Theresa Lynne O’Connell.
She is survived by husband Frank W. Clough, three children, Kelly M. Clough, Sarah C. Henshaw and her husband Jarrett, and Ashley D. Clough; five brothers, George D. O’Connell and his wife Doris, John V. O’Connell and his wife Cynthia, Patrick E. O’Connell and his wife Cathy, Joseph G. O’Connell and his wife Mary Leighton, and Daniel T. O’Connell, Sr. and his wife Karren, all of Bumpass, one sister, Rebecca O. Jaciuk and her husband Romko, of Ashland, Va; and two grandchildren, Hayden J. Henshaw and Alexander T. Clough.
The family will receive friends at Immaculate Conception Church, 1107 Fredericks Hall Road, Bumpass, Va. on Wednesday, May 4th, from 6 – 8 p.m. with the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. A Mass will be held on Thursday, May 5th, at 11 a.m. followed by interment at Spring Grove Cemetery in Mineral.
The family requests in lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Immaculate Conception Building Fund, PO Box 128, Bumpass, VA 23024 or the American Cancer Society c/o Trudy Clifton, 113 Tallpines Ave., Locust Grove, VA 22508.
