Ronald Wayne Leftwich, Sr., 64, died following a long battle with cancer on Saturday, December 8, 2018, in Louisa County, Va. Ronald was born on December 2, 1954 in Washington, DC. He was a retired carpenter who enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Tina Leftwich; sons R. Wayne Leftwich (Erin) of Roanoke, Va and Timothy R. Leftwich (Kate) of Michigan; step-daughters Stephanie Brown and Brittany Brown of Bumpass, Va.; his brother, David Leftwich (Cathy) of Narrows, Va.; five granddaughters; and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Ewilda Leftwich. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, December 17 at Lacy Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, December 18 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Signal Hill Memorial Park in Hanover, Va.
